We designed the building shell and foundations for this 96,000 square foot warehouse. We coordinated with the pre-engineered building manufacturer for the enclosure. We also designed the interior tenant spaces for their individual fit-outs. This was design build. MEP coordination and construction administration services throughout the duration of construction were also provided.
